Team Agreement

What are the key strengths of each person on the team?
- Daniel: works well with getting the ball rolling. Has a good understanding of code and the flow of data from various applications / APIs.
- Dario: Communication, Leadership, Technical acumen
- Michael: Good understanding of socket.io and API’s.
- Steve: Good understanding of the material. Comedic relief.
How can you best utilize these strengths in the execution of your project?
- Daniel:
- Dario: create a clear plan and workflow for project completion. a major goal will be educating team members in areas of weakness.
- Michael: I will help connect the API’s to the server and set realistic expectations.
- Steve: I will keep my team from over extending themselves in the work and provide technical and emotional support.
In which professional competencies do you each want to develop greater strength?
- Daniel:
- Dario: Organization and Time management
- Michael: Improve communication and public speaking.
- Steve: planning and time management.
Knowing that every person in your team needs to understand all aspects of the project, how do you plan to approach the day-to-day work?
- 9:00am to 6:00pm PST
- 12pm to 2pm EST: lunch -optional & not provided

What will be your group’s process to resolve conflict, when it arises?

What will your team do if one person is taking over the project and not letting the other members contribute?
- Said team member will be forced to take a navigator role to allow other members to drive.
How will you approach each other and the challenges of the project knowing that it is impossible for all members to be at the exact same place in understanding and skill level?
- Group stand ups and the occasional check-in every few hours.
How will you raise concerns to members who are not adequately contributing? Start at the lowest lever of our conflict resolution plan and move accordingly.
How and when will you escalate the conflict if your resolution attempts are unsuccessful?

- Daniel: I am free almost 24/7, and will respond to slack whenever there is something new
- Dario: Free most of the day, best way to reach me is on discord as i dont check slack regularly
- Michael: I am availible on Slack almost 24/7.
- Steve: 24/7 - (714) 342 - 1919 - phone calls will be prioritized over messaging platforms

- Work overtime, and think about our MVP (Minimum Viable Procuct) and focus on getting that before going forward with more complex tasks.

How will you ensure that you are creating a safe environment where everyone feels comfortable speaking up?
- Discuss safety rules and general working practices. Getting regular feedback will ensure a safe and healthy work environment. Promote health codes and standards by educating your employees on the importance of health safety and cleanliness. Inspect your working area and building.

How you will identify tasks, assign tasks, know when they are complete, and manage work in general?
- We will be using a project tracking tool to list tasks and assignments.

- Github projects

What components of your project will live on GitHub? All of our published code and documentation will be on Github.
How will you share the repository with your teammates?
- The repository is shared amongst all team members.
What is your Git flow?
- We will push our code to a test branch before the main branch after it has been authorized by 2 team members.
