- What are the key strengths of each person on the team?
- Daniel: works well with getting the ball rolling. Has a good understanding of code and the flow of data from various applications / APIs.
- Dario: Communication, Leadership, Technical acumen
- Michael: Good understanding of socket.io and API’s.
- Steve: Good understanding of the material. Comedic relief.
- How can you best utilize these strengths in the execution of your project?
- Daniel:
- Dario: create a clear plan and workflow for project completion. a major goal will be educating team members in areas of weakness.
- Michael: I will help connect the API’s to the server and set realistic expectations.
- Steve: I will keep my team from over extending themselves in the work and provide technical and emotional support.

- Daniel:
- Dario: Organization and Time management

- Said team member will be forced to take a navigator role to allow other members to drive.

- Daniel: I am free almost 24/7, and will respond to slack whenever there is something new
- Dario: Free most of the day, best way to reach me is on discord as i dont check slack regularly
- Michael: I am availible on Slack almost 24/7.
- Steve: 24/7 - (714) 342 - 1919 - phone calls will be prioritized over messaging platforms

- Work overtime, and think about our MVP (Minimum Viable Procuct) and focus on getting that before going forward with more complex tasks.

- Discuss safety rules and general working practices. Getting regular feedback will ensure a safe and healthy work environment. Promote health codes and standards by educating your employees on the importance of health safety and cleanliness. Inspect your working area and building.
